We are often asked why international shipping is so expensive? Are there other options?

We print our shipping labels directly from PayPal's shipping center. Currently, the only international postage options offered are Priority Mail International (super-expensive, but usually quick), and Priority Mail Express International (phenomenally expensive!). Since the second option is even more expensive than the first, we are just happy that the packages arrive without getting lost, and usually very quickly. However, our Canadian neighbors (ONLY) can purchase our DVDs from to save a bit on shipping.

We do not make a profit on shipping or handling charges. The USPS raised their international prices in early 2015 to outrageously high numbers. You can click on this link directly at USPS to see for yourself: We use the DVD Flat Rate Box, and most countries fall into the "6" price group. The bright side is that delivery is in 6-10 business days and includes USPS Tracking®. The remainder of the shipping charge covers PayPal's fees...usually. Two DVD's can fit in the box, so the smart thing to do is share the postage with a friend or buy both of Gene's DVD's at one time.

In addition to the USPS robbery, many nations charge Customs Fees. We have nothing to do with that, and that money does not come to us. That is an additional tax levied by your government and stays in their coffers, not ours. It is not our responsibility to pay those fees, so please check your Customs Office prior to purchase if you are unsure, as we will not refund your money if you refuse your package due to Customs Fees.
